What you do off the court is often just as important as what you do on it.

If you are serious about your game and want to rise to the top where your coach will notice you, then you must spend some time learning your sport — off the court.
What do I mean by that? When you’re surfing the net, stop by some of the volleyball sites and read about what’s happening in the sporting world. You’ll be amazed at how much information is out there for your benefit as a player. The Athletic Trainer is just one example of what you can find to improve your game and your knowledge of it.
